Lisa is a San Francisco Bay Area, California native. She started birding in her youth and now leads birding tours throughout the bay area and Costa Rica. With a background in Marketing and Communications Lisa has worked in several different fields and opened her own business, Let’s Go Birding.

With Let's Go Birding Lisa introduces beginning birders to the sport through educational classes, field trips and one on one consulting. In addition to leading tours Lisa teaches adult birding classes throughout the bay area and at the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society. Lisa is also Vice President of the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory.
